I am 49 years old and employed full time in healthcare. I have been trying to get help for lower back pain that was preventing mefrom getting more than 4-5 hours of sleep a night for over a year. I had tried medications, exercises, chiropractic manipulations, and spinal decompression without much improvement. I am very glad I called CAROLINA BACK. After my first treatment I was 75% better and could sleep again. I have completed the suggested 3 injections course and I am thrilled to say I am 100% improved. I can function again. The staff was not only helpful but my appointment times were always kept promptly and they are very friendly and proficient. I have been a patient at Carolina Back Institute for 10 years now and I have been NOTHING but pleased! Before, I had horrible back and leg pain but after just one visit to CBI I felt like I could run a marathon! Turns out I had a more serious problem, that luckily didn't require surgery. The doctors and the PA's are so informative and, unlike other practices I've been to, actually spend the time to talk with their patients and make sure they understand what is going on. The front desk staff and the nurses are phenomenal! They are all so friendly! Back pain is a serious problem and I would HIGHLY recommend going to Carolina Back if you are serious about helping yourself. I have been late to appointments in the past and have gotten seen by either another provider or at a different time. Carolina Back Institute has helped me live my life and they can help you, too!

Another Happy Carolina Back Institute Patient!
I just wanted to let you know how helpful Shane at the Raleigh location has been with getting my medication issues resolved. It has been very frustrating working with CVS, their staff and especially their electronic 'automatic' ordering system. Today Shane took it upon himself to help the CVS staff to make my medication available and covered by insurance. I just wanted to recognize Shane for going above and beyond and thank him for helping CVS with their algebra!
